I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They assisted me in anything that I needed. Everytime I came back to my room after a whole day out in the city, I would come to a clean room with fresh towels (I never had to ask for towels). I liked the location because it was pretty close to the walled city, yet far enough away from all of the noise and activity of the city. I loved being able to walk out onto the beach. Security was always ensuring the safety recommendations of the beach hours. I felt safe here. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking for tranquility, great service, and easy access to the beach! I would book here again if I go back to Cartagena.

The best thing about my trip to Catagena, Colombia was my stay in this hotel. I rate it with a 10, that being the highest score from Luis at the front desk, Daisy and Cindy at the restaurant, the food and especially the spectacular breakfasts!!!! In the pool area, Leo and Robinson, the spectacular attention, Eric, the security guy on the beach, gives you all the tips to be safe, and on the beach, Jose, who set us up with chairs and an awning on the beach, very good, although he doesn't work for. The hotel, he should!!!! and the cleanliness of the hotel, also a 10, the hotel was the best of my trip to Cartagena, Colombia

The ambience was very nice as it was the personnel working in that area, same as the rest of the hotel personnel, that was smiling welcoming people. The hotel is located close to the old town, like 5-7 minutes by taxi. Very nice common areas an well as large rooms (ours had a nice view of the lagoon). I like the fact that is located in a less crowded zone, but close.
